Gators- We are almost there! Our division championship meet is this Saturday July 18th at Regency Estates. The meet program is attached.

Divisional swimmers- PLEASE ARRIVE TO THE FRANKLIN KNOLLS PARKING LOT AT 6:15AM TOMORROW (remember, this meet starts an hour earlier-8am)! The theme is superheroes vs. villains. Please also bring whatever you find left on your doorstep Friday night :)

We will check everyone in, load supplies, take a picture and be off to Regency Estates no later than 6:35am.

Parking: Each team has received 10 parking passes that will allow holders to park in the lot (Ingrid and Jenny will distribute at FKP, prioritizing volunteers). They will have 2 parking attendants to check passes and direct drivers. Parents may enter the lot to drop off their kids, but most exit the lot swiftly. Please be mindful of the arrows in the lot noting the flow of traffic. This must be followed so we do not have any bottlenecks. For those who do not have a parking pass, you can park on Gainsborough Road and enter on foot through the main entrance, or park on Deborah Drive behind the pool and take the (short) path next to the shed to enter the pool.

Team area: We are in team area 2 (see map). This is pretty much where we were last week. There is shade but we will also bring tents.

Concessions: Their grill master will be making breakfast sandwiches, and will also have donuts, Watermelon, assorted breakfast bars, candy, coffee, and other beverages. They accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash.

Meetings: All meetings (timers, officials, and scratch) will occur on the blacktop.

6:45-7:05 a.m. - RE and Bannockburn warm-up
7:00 a.m. - Referee and chief judge meet
7:05-7:25 a.m. - Franklin Knolls and Robin Hood warm-up
7:05 a.m. - Referee and starter meet
7:10 a.m. - Referee, starter, head timer, asst. head timer & announcer meet
7:15 a.m. - S&T Judge briefing
7:25-7:45 a.m. - Clarksburg Village and Manchester Farm warm-up
7:30 a.m. - Timer briefing/relay take-off judges briefing
7:45 a.m. - Scratch meeting: referee, head coaches, team reps, clerks of course & one computer operator
7:45 a.m. - All swimmers out of pool
7:55 a.m. - All officials and timers in place
7:55 a.m. - National anthem
8:00 a.m. - Meet starts

Everyone is welcome to join up for lunch at Quincy’s Potomac Bar and Grille, located at 1093 Seven Locks Road Potomac, MD. They are expecting us and should have enough space to accommodate our large group
