Good afternoon Registered Teen Gator Families

Hopefully you have already saved the date and your teen is looking forward to next month’s Teen Trip to Cape Henlopen State Park. We will leave directly from following the A Meet on June 20th, and return midday Monday, June 22 (around 1pm). A summary of our trip is below.

Deadline is June 13. This registration deadline is firm as we will use the registration number to plan for transportation, chaperone, meals, and dorm space.

DESCRIPTION:
This trip to Cape Henlopen State Park in Lewes, DE is a wonderful tradition where our teens spend a weekend team building and getting to know one another. We will have programming for team building and fun, including games, beach relays, skits and more. The team will provide all meals. All teens are welcome and encouraged to participate.

DATES:
June 20-22, 2026

LOCATION:
Cape Henlopen State Park , Youth Camp II

COST:
$95.00 per swimmer. Includes lodging and food. Swimmers should bring money to cover cost of any food/snack stops on travel to/from Cape Henlopen.

ELIGIBILITY:
All registered swimmers in the 13/14 and 15&up age groups!

CHAPERONES/DRIVERS & VOLUNTEERS: Seeing the kids have fun on this trip is a real treat. During the registration process to indicate if you are interested in chaperoning or volunteering to help with this trip. We can’t run this trip- or even get there - without you, The park requires a specific Chaperone to Teen ratio so to include everyone who signs up we need you! Thanks to all who are able to play a part in advance!
